Good to know

Questions, answered.

Everything clients usually ask before a signing.

What ID do I bring?+
A current, government-issued photo ID — driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID — for every signer.
Is there a travel fee?+
Travel applies to mobile visits only: the first 5 miles are included, then $1 per mile beyond that — always quoted before you confirm.
How can I pay?+
Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, credit card, or check.
Can a notary give legal advice?+
No. Notaries verify identity and witness signatures. For legal guidance, consult a licensed attorney.
How does remote notarization work?+
You receive a secure video link, verify identity with photo ID, sign electronically, and we apply a digital seal. Typically ten to fifteen minutes.
Must I sign in front of the notary?+
Yes, for most documents. Bring them unsigned — we'll indicate exactly when to sign.
What if I need a notary today?+
